Vmar Turismo has closed a new deal to market two touristit establishment located in Malaga and Gran Canaria

The Canary Island-based marketing firm VMAR turismo has signed a new tourism marketing agreement with the owners of the Gran Hotel Costa del Sol complex, situated in La Cala de Mijas, Malaga, and the Palmera Mar Apartments, found on the Playa de Amadores beach in Gran Canaria. The Gran Hotel Costa del Sol is a four-star establishment that was inaugurated in 2002. It boasts 302 rooms and is nestled in superb surroundings right on the Playa de La Butibamba (Butibamba beach). The hotel is mainly intended for tourists seeking rest and relaxation right on the beachfront, coupled with a convenient location, allowing them to visit any of the tourist attractions that the Costa del Sol has to offer, including perhaps a round of golf at one of the areas many exclusive golf courses. The Palmera Mar Apartments are located on the hillside of Playa de Amadores (Amadores beach), close to the beaches of Puerto Rico and Amadores, in Gran Canaria. The complex is ideally suited for families and features 90 apartments, all with furnished terrace area and sea views, furnished mini-kitchen, kitchen sink, mini-fridge, ceramic hob and basic utensils to enjoy a lengthy break. The agreement marks the Spanish companys first steps on the Spanish mainland. The new arrivals bring its portfolio to 21 establishments, encompassing the Presidente Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts with 11 hotels in Mexico, VIK Hotel Group with 7 hotels throughout Spain, Chile, Uruguay and the Dominican Republic, and the Puerto Plata Village again in the Dominican Republic, representing a total of 10,043 beds in 5 different countries.
